The “Hortas do Rio” houses are located on the site with the same name, true to their rural origin.

From the time of the family of its original owners dedicated to the land, the cultivation of the vineyard, their gardens and animals, the moth, the straw tile and the thatch were inherited, in harmony with the simplicity of this place, on Estrada da Praia , next to Ribeira da Carrapateira.

In addition to the privacy of the rooms, Hortas do Rio has a kitchen for breakfast, a common room with an honesty bar, a tank to calm the warmer days, and an outdoor area that invites small strolls to the cool of the riverside.
